High quality, outdoor weed from Jamaica.
Look
At first look, many people would give this "a miss", but if you have ever had some proper Jamaican, you know this weed is going to be sweet and potent. It's brown, flat-pressed and mostly seedless without too many stems. As it breaks apart, you notice the crystals that are inside: MAGNIFICENT for an outdoor weed!
Smell
The smell is earthy, with a soft spicy-cocoa scent. As you break it up, you will notice the freshness of this outdoor beauty. No smell of mould as luckily it was not packed and stored too quickly. It's getting better and better as my review continues�
Taste
The flav is quite good for a Jamaican outdoor. It tastes like a fresh and soft mint. It doesn't burn too "dry", so you can enjoy a pure spliff of this all the way from top to bottom without gasping for air or trying to kill the taste with tobacco. Of course a nice drink from the Kashmir Lounge bar was in order so NativeK and I had a couple of Fresh OJ's & vodka (hey, it WAS still technically the winter holidaze!)
Effects
The chilled FX are very nice to find among the potent green weeds which you�ll normally come across: you feel a bit of an energy rush that brings you UP and a very soft visually relaxing feel. It's like knowing you are gonna start tripping but not knowing quite when� NOT EVEN as strong, yet almost like the come-up on mushrooms; you just feel slightly buzzed and giggly but not to the point where you are too out of it!
Overall
It's not the full-on "squidgy", but it's good Jamaican! It's worth the price, which tends to be comparable to the NLX and other higher end buds on the menu. As far as I am concerned, this was one of the finer Jamaicans that Amsterdam has seen for awhile. Nice score. Now all I need is warm beach and some Red Stripe bottles and I am home!
