Located in the heart of the city with computers to use the web

I remember this place pre-renovation when it was as dodgy as can be...but I still like it! Now it is more modern and nice; the shitting dog outside makes it easy to find again ;-)
Marijuana menu: I got really high! I somehow do not remember what it was...
Service & staff: Not the greatest service, though when they served alcohol it mattered less than now...the hash bar guy - don\'t know his name, but he was very tall, was pretty arrogant for no reason...
Summary : Located in the heart of the city with computers to use the web. I like their Vodka bar across - very modern and clean, perfect for girls as its such a nice place within quite a dodgy area..
