The first place I went this year and it'll be the first next time too

Small but has a friendly atmosphere, sat at the bar and talked to a local and the dealer. Would get a 10 if it was a little bigger.
Marijuana menu: Excellent. Nice selection, I had S.A.G.E., Kali Mist and the famous water hash. A little bit more expensive than some but soooo worth it. Some of the nicest smoke in the Dam.
Service & staff: The girl was super friendly and knew her stuff.
Summary : The first place I went this year and it'll be the first next time too. It's a bit out of the way but if you're after top-quality smoke or want a break from the red-light madness, Katsu is well worth a visit.
