Do not shop here online

Bought two vape pens online and were very excited about them to have one of the coils not working and one that had broken just after a couplw uses. I had gotten un contact with the store and they said they would send me a replacement. It has been weeks since that happened. I have sent dozens of emails asking where my product is, asking for a tracking number etc only to be ignored repeatedly. Very unimpressed, would not shop there again.
