Grey Area hast got perhaps the best atmosphere from all Coffeeshops and definately the best Bongs (JBD) in town.
Grey Area is probably the smallest Coffeeshop in Town, the chairs are not cofortable and sometimes its very crowded, but that doesnt matter. GA has an amazing unique atmosphere, different from all the others.
Marijuana menu: Each gram of Weed just 7.50 €, and every strain is so unique, so perfectly cured and good tasting. "Yellow Cab", "Greyberry"and "Grey Mist" are more than worth the price!
Service & staff: Wicked, friendly guy with good music taste and a "loss of short-term memory excuse" ;-)

Really nice People there, old ladies, young mothers, british families (hoho).
The Atmosphere was in my opinion ( I am not a gay) smooth, neat und clean -not so hippiestyle-it existed only one toilet without a lock.. But don`t mind -> all in all good
Marijuana menu: Hmmm, the White Widow was not the same like the Greenhouse WW, but the only special point on the menu was "Crystal" and really friendlytrippy... But nothing REALLY special in the Menu.
Service & staff: The guy was really nice and give, if you want, a description of his favourite sorts...

Amnesia has a total relaxed atmosphere and is imho the best choice for a quiet and smooth Coffeeshop, without a loud crowd or he
View to the beautiful Herengracht, never too crowded, really comfortable seats and Couches and nice red decorand lights......
Marijuana menu: Great Strains in superb quality. We had the organis-grown "Sage", "Buddha`s Sister" and "NYCD" and "Summer Breeze". All were perfectly cured and tasting great, with a beautiful High.
Service & staff: The Shopowner, a woman, was nice, spoke german and english, and had a lot of knowledge about her strains and the european mentality ;-)

Greenhouse Centrum is more for the (many) tourists, the local
Beautiful design, atmosphere is great when its not too crowded. Glowing tables, freaky lamps, everything is a kind of perfection.
Marijuana menu: Impressive Menu with highlights like Kalimist, King Hassan and many more... All was good cured and perfectly grown... -> #1 in Amsterdam
Service & staff: The staff was helpfull, the barkeeper nice, but the dealer was quite stressed because i went there to the rushhour.

Not a "must-see"
Nice paintings and a cool vibe in there, the "dope-cellar" is a nice thing. But the chairs really not comfortable.....
Marijuana menu: Well, mostly hydro grown, and nothing special on the menu, all weed is prepacked.... But jack herer satisfied everybody (White Widdow, AK47 and Northern lights were disappointing)
Service & staff: Polite, but not friendly or couraged, they just to their job. It seems for me the staff dont like tourists...

A really nice hangout and never too crowded in the beutiful haarlemmerstraat near Barneys -> Nice!
Decor is nice and comfy, maybe a little bit dark... Nice place to chill with the mates!

What a pity, that the dampkring is mostly so crowded
Organic, comfortable design in darker red und brown colors. Was everytime crowded when i visited, but you are still able to enjoy the liveful vibe in Dampkring!
Marijuana menu: Definately one of the Best, if not even the Best Menu in the whole City! Had "Buddha´s Sister", "Ocean`s 12 Haze", Polm and "AK47".... Every piece was marvellous grown and cured
Service & staff: Throughout the stress, the staff was helpful and informative about the strains. The Bargirl total nice and gorgeous ;-)

Nice, bright decor with great tables and free Vulcanovaporizer. We went there for breakfast and is was really crowded, but if you wait a few minutes you`ll get a table....
Marijuana menu: Hmmmm, weed prices between 5 and 10 Euros. Had the "Laughing Buddha (10)", "Buddhas Sister (8)", "Morning Glory (10)" and "hashplant (5)", the most strains were good cured, Laughing Buddha was superb!!!!
Service & staff: To us the staff were total friendly and helpfull, but friends of mine were treaten to pay there food twice -> rip-off....
