The first day I arrived on my last trip I wanted to make this my first stop. It previously was Stix coffeeshop which I would frequent for their unpressed Gun Powder hash. I was sad to hear Stix leaving but once I visited the new Boerejongens location I quickly forgot about Stix maybe the Strawberry Super Silver Haze had something to do with it. A great menu, friendly staff, and a great location. The lemon ice, strawberry ss haze, and choco block are amazing.

I have a love/hate relationship with the Greenhouse. Ive had some really great cannabis and then Ive had some lack luster cannabis. My biggest problem with Greenhouse is they wont let you touch the buds before you purchase them. Why do I want to touch the buds you may ask, because I have had some uncured super moist buds from GH. On the other side I have had some bomb superlemon haze and super silver haze. So I cant be too hard on the GH but I still cant believe how mosit some of the buds Ive bought have been. Next time(if i choose to give it another try) im asking the budtender to squeeze the buds for me so I can hear if its too moist. Dont ask for recommendations go off your own gut instinct.

Lets start off by saying on two different trips to Amsterdam Ive bought hermaphrodited chocolope and purple kush. I should have learned my lesson the first time, but I gave it a second chance and man was that a mistake. The budtender knew that the chocolope was hermed because he took a larger bud and was breaking it down into small pieces to try and weed out the seeds. Dont get me wrong Hermed cannabis isnt the worst but when paying top dollar for cannabis the last thing(besides mold) you want to see is seeds. The only thing I can say positive is that the played some good music, but thats it. The vibe sucks and the beverage menu is a joke.

Silver bubble, Greyberry, Kosher Kush, La Con, the list goes on and on of top notch strains. Theres always a line and the place is the size of a sadrine can but its definitely worth it. Not the most relaxing place but a great place to grab a bag of some funky and find a nice place to smoke it. Dont feel pressured to hurry up and pick some cannabis because theres a line behind you. Take your time and ask to see as many strains as you like.

I cant say enough good things about Barneys! I love this place. Usually way too busy to find a seat, but not a problem. Buy some tasty buds and bring them across the street to Barneys Uptown. A nice bar/eatery where you smoke up a nice joint while you wait for your cheeseburger and beer.

This is a must stop! The atmosphere is always electric. Usually you will see some type of tour group taking pictures in front of the de Dampkring. Either because of the historic history of the building, fans of Ocean's 12, or the high grade cannabis this is an amazing place. Dont forget to pet the Dampkring mascot the stoned cat that hangs out on the bar.
