Wanted to roll a spliff there with what i had just bought and felt totally awkward

a couple of pictures of Ice t and other folks that have visited isnt decor! Bad atmosphere created by moody guy behind the counter
Marijuana menu: Decent menu though! Got some double bubble gum from there.... nice
Service & staff: ??? I dont get it. A lot of these reviews say it was nice and friendly, thats not what we came across.Tried to be polite to the guy behind the counter who was rude and obnoxious.
Summary : Wanted to roll a spliff there with what i had just bought and felt totally awkward. The guy didnt want to serve us drinks(only wanted a bottle of mango juice)seemed like he couldn't be bothered to help us at all. He then played some awful krishna music to????????? ???
