Due to location a lot of gawpers hang outside and a lot of american tourists drop in from shopping Comfortable - especially if you bag a table - and relaxing decor. Ethnic but not in a cheesy way.
Marijuana menu: Excellent variety and I liked the easy to decipher info on the menu. Budha's sister was tremendous.
Service & staff: Helpful when asked for advice but very busy.

I like the location you can sit outside with a nice number watching the world go by Nice touchy feely decor but the tables outside are the business.
