Cheap but maybe not that cheerful.
A small Dutch style coffeeshop. Looks very similar to the Dutch bars.
Marijuana menu: Cheap but not the greatest quality. Seems popular with locals looking for a good deal and tourists.
Service & staff: Relatively friendly but didn\'t seem overly happy to help.
Summary : Cheap but maybe not that cheerful.
