Popeye's is well worth a visit if you are up that end of town - maybe visiting Barney's or De Dampkring Quite bright and lively. Good elevated section just up a few steps where can roll one up, enjoy a quality Full English Breakfast and watch the world go about its business on the street outside.
Marijuana menu: I only had the Alladin's Chocolate from here and I have to say it was the best resin I had for the 3 days we were there. Very smooth and happy inducing! ;O) Rest of menu decent selection and reasonable prices. Other guys seemed happy with purchases.
Service & staff: Great breakfast. Staff friendly - even had HP sauce on request.

Well worth a visit this place - get yourself a pre-rolled pure joint and just let the Soft Temple Ambience float you away.. 10 out of 10 on the chillin' front - not sure if we were very chilled by the time we arrived here or the place itself had a calming effect on us - probably a bit of both - but this was possibly the most relaxed time we had on our trip to The Dam.
Marijuana menu: Not sure, but I have had their pure grass pre-rolled on previous visits and I remember them being VERY strong!!
Service & staff: Lady serving very friendly and helpful.
