You could do a lot worse in this part of town.
Plenty of tourists, but that's cool, 'cuz so am I. Can seem a little loud at nite. Pretty cool looking place. I liked the wiet bier they had on tap, but alas no more.
Marijuana menu: Covers most types of strains. I've only had one variety here I truly loved; "Hash Vs. Haze" I believe. Never found much here that knocked my socks off though.
Service & staff: Never had anyone rude to me or short me any money.

Probably my favorite nite time spot. Good tunes, friendly people from all over. I've been there one nite with a DJ playing classic rock and dub. I love the decor very relaxed and low lighting. Seems to attract some hipsters, maybe due to location.
Marijuana menu: Nice variety, not the largest, but fair coverage. I'd give it a ten if they were all organic.

Don't tell your friends, keep them on Haarlemer
My favorite shop for the day time. Great coffee, plenty of seating, great canal views and pinball. Plenty of locals. They have art on the wall.
Marijuana menu: Could be a little better. Prepackaged. Don't bother with their cheaper buds. I liked the Outdoor Purple Skunk best. Not bad Polm either.
Service & staff: Friendliest service I've seen in the 'Dam.

One of my favorites for the organic menu and tunes.
Pretty minimal looking place with two rooms. The first room with tables and dealer, the second with a pool table and large screen TV. Great R & B, Reggae and Hip Hop playing. Seemed like lot of locals.
Marijuana menu: All organic. Only one sativa on the menu; Silver Haze, nice, but I'd go for SSH elsewhere. The Hindu Kush was very nice though. I'd rate it higher if there were more sativas. Also, the buds could've been cured better.
Service & staff: No complaints. Asked for the most sativa and there was a very long pause. Budtender was quite baked, a good sign.
