I was in a group and we filled up the back section of the shop
A very mellow shop with a nice middle eastern decor. If you can score a seat in one of the "pillow pits" you'll be extremely comfortable. It will take some time for your eyes to adjust to the dark when you come in from daylight, so don't trip.
Marijuana menu: I tried all of the hashes on the menu over 3 visits and wasn't real impressed with any of them. They weren't bad, just nothing special.
Service & staff: Nice woman serving drinks on one side of the bar and the guy dealing was also nice and would answer your questions.

Didn't get past the front of the shop, but it looked like a nice place to hang out in.
Marijuana menu: Their presentation of weed and hash under glass countertop is nice, better than just reading a menu. Purchased their Ice-X nederhash and was very pleased. Good tasting and nice effect.

Had a nice time hanging out here during the Smokers Guide Friends 2003 Cup in March. We were spawled out over all three levels:) Impressive glassware display and comfortable seating. Easy to converse with friends.
Marijuana menu: I had so much gear with me from other shops that I don't think I bought any here. Fellow cuppers seemed to like the menu, with several saying the Santa Maria (weed?) was quite good. Samples (see below) were all quite nice:)
Service & staff: The guy who served me my drink was real friendly. We were also given a private tour of their glassblowing area upstairs which was kinda cool.

Played a Photo Play video game several times which was fun
visited 18 and 20 sept 2003.
I loved their decor! Main theme is garden gnomes, and there are dozens of them throughout the shop. Gnomes flashing and mooning are in the front window:)
Marijuana menu: I'm a hash only smoker. they had five hash items and maybe 5 weed ones? King Hassan Special (1 gram/14 euros) was sold out each visit. Bought King Hassan for 8.30 gram. Very fine smoke, good value.
Service & staff: Different dealers on each visit, each very nice.

Finally made it out to this shop and am very glad
I did. Shop is on a corner and has lots of space
spread out over a split-level design. Front section has lots of windows on two sides making it nice and bright. Outdoor seating, also.
Marijuana menu: They pride themselves on offering an all organic menu, including the hashes. I'm a hash smoker so didn't look over their weeds. Only 2 hashes on menu, with one sold out. Bought their Baalbeck light hash and was very pleased. Good price at 1.6g for 10&#???
Service & staff: Very friendly lady behind the counter. Lots of smiles and advice. She was nice to all the customers who came through while I was there.

Hit this shop right after Barentz coffeeshop in the same area
Visited with a friend on 27/3/04. We both enjoyed the atmosphere - nice and airy, friendly staff, mixed crowd.
Marijuana menu: Didn't buy anything since I was overloaded with gear and leaving the next day. Choices and prices were OK.
Service & staff: Friendly service with a smile.

Visited on 27/3/04. Long skinny shop without any windows except one way in the back. Had to ring a doorbell and get buzzed in. Dodgy. Only men of Middle Eastern origin inside shop, both as customers and behind the counter. No women, either.

Service & staff: No smiles from dealer. Don't think he even said anything.

Visited several times in March 2004.
Nice, bright coffeeshop. You can check out their decor via their webcam on their website.
Nice and clean and cheery.
Marijuana menu: Similar to the menus at their sister shops, Siberie and de Republiek. Nice selections of both weed and hash. I'm a hash smoker, so didn't sample any weed, but I love the Casa Blanca light maroc at these shops:)
Service & staff: Very, very nice staff. Always smiling, patient with the few tourists that find this place, constantly cleaning up the tables after customers leave.

Marijuana menu: Didn't glance at the weeds. Special @ 12/g, Cream @ 9, and Puntjes @ 8. Cream was a real find! One gram couchlocked two heavy hash tokers:) Nice. Other two are also nice, especially the pungent and tasty Puntjes.
Service & staff: Very nice single staffer there on all 3 visits. Woman on first visit sat and chatted with us, sharing my Christiania-style toasted tobac/Puntjes j. She shared here "Moroccan" way of rolling using the last bit of tobacco and the filter tip from a cig.

Visited shop for the first time on 18 Sept 2005.
Just did a "buy and fly", but was pleasantly surprised with shop's atmosphere and staff.
Stopped in again a few days later for some more of their Mekka Sunrise light maroc.
Marijuana menu: I was there with a friend who was hunting for Kush weed. He bought some and was satisfied with it. I bought their Mekka Sunrise light maroc for 11.5 euro/gram. I really liked this hash and stopped in again to get more a few days later.
Service & staff: Friendly dealer and bar staff.

Finally stopped in here in April 2005. Went back
again twice in September 2005. Nice bright shop with very attractive and comfortable arabian decor.
Marijuana menu: Enjoyed the hashes I've sampled from here. Bought King hash (10 euros/g) and Nederhasj (8 euros/gram) in September and enjoyed both, especially the King.
Service & staff: All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Smiles all around.
