I left Pink Floyd with a very happy man A very chilled coffeeshop, with many locals (or Dutch tourists) gracing the bar. They seemed more friendly than elsewhere. Booming pyschadelic/prog rock created a weird, but oh-so enjoyable atmosphere.
Marijuana menu: Small but perfectly formed! The Mother's Finest skunk was a lovely smoke, and the Ice Hash though the house bong had me seeing stars. A friend loved the 'space tea'. Reasonable prices.
Service & staff: Both the girl behind the bar and the dealer were very friendly and helpful - a rare treat in A'Dam for English tourists. A companion even got to look at the fresh bulk shipment of Mother's Finest.
Summary : I left Pink Floyd with a very happy man! A combination of friendly staff, good weed and above all a chilled vibe makes me rate this coffeeshop. I reccomend opening the large windows on the top floor and people-watching on the Haarlemmerstraat. Full Review & Rating Breakdown

On an ending note, the bong I used in BaBa was my favourite piece of glass that I used Although BaBa appears tacky whilst looking in from the outside, once seated the Indian theme grows upon you, and the large statue of Govinda (or Shiva?) is impressive. Tunes were hard house or (more to my taste) hard trance. Ultra-annoying Yank tourists.
Marijuana menu: Nice, varied and cheap menu, surprising considering it's prime Warmoesstraat location. The Caramello I tried was my second-favourite hash of my visit, and the Jack Herer was pretty damn tasty too. Worth a visit if only for the weed!
Service & staff: Unremarkable. The dealer was a pretty nice chap though.

Although plagued by it's Warmeostraat location, I liked the Greenhouse Effect We ducked into the bar on a soaking wet night to escape to crowds of crack 'eds. VERY chilled, loved it. Coffee shop has unusal long and thin layout, but we sat by the counter. Not very chilled, but good for a hard cane.
Marijuana menu: Some pretty low-quality weed offerings, but I liked Bio-effect. Lovely selection of hash, if a tad pricey. Himalya Cream was a good compormise between price and quality.
Service & staff: The dealer with the ginger hair was an absolute star, and he didn't mind us taking full advantage of the Volcano vapouriser, showing us how it worked. Nice drinks too.
