Hotel Abba is certainly not the Ritz, but its a great budget hotel! I have stayed here a few times when in Amsterdam, and I love how close it is to Leidseplein, easy to get to and from parties! The place is clearly smoker friendly and relaxed; the staff is friendly. Last time I was in town they introduced free wi-fi - awesome! It really helps plan my days when in town. The stairs are pretty crazy, Ducth style!

I visited Amsterdam for Queen's day and was able to purchase a few interesting pieces for my costume. I got fluorenscent orange contact lenses - a bit creepy looking in the end, but were perfect for the day. The guy in the shop knew everything about the products I asked about, was very friendly and spoke really good English. Big selection of cool party jewelry and lots of neon stuff. Worth a visit.

I stopped by Nirvana during my last visit to Amsterdam to buy some seeds for my boyfriend. The guys were friendly and helped me find what I needed. I got a few packs of Northern Lights, cause I was told its suited how we grow. Can't wait for the end product! Will be planting them this spring!

Wheever I'm in town, I try to make it over to this lovely little shop. It feel like its famly run, and popular among locals, rather than a tourist trap. Last time I was there, the woman working there seemded a bit stressed out, but was still pleasant to me. I love their windows, plants and crystals, and their weed always has a good taste. I'm usually quite high when walking out into the shopping streets surrounding this area. 

I have just gone back to Funny People recently to discover it has lost its weed license and is now a bar. I used to come here always on my way to the train station. If you ask me, its become even better since you can drink a beer and have a smoke at the same time... 

I didn't rate all the fields above, cause I didnt actually buy any seeds. What I did do is have some awesome cold beers. Don't remember the name but it started with a G...The staff was relaxed, and they let us smoke pure pot. I got a souvenir T-shirts which all my friends love...Overall, I love the quality of Barneys weed, and this was a great place to enjoy it with my beer.

We stopped by here case the place was full of people! We enjoyed way too much beer, and a shisha. The staff was fun and inviting, the prices were OK for Amsterdam. Next time I want the window seat to do some people watching - it was taken this time, by a big group.
