Coffeeshop Papillon first opened its doors in the 80’s and is considered a true family business. The coffee shop was passed down from uncle to cousin in 2002. From that point onward, the coffee shop has improved its menu by offering a larger product variety. Additionally, the coffee shop invested in a comfortable lounge area where customers can enjoy their stay.
Two of our employees are responsible for the quality checks of our products. These continuous checks result in a constistent quality level, which in turn explains why we have regular customers visiting us for over 20 years. Aside from the locals, we also welcome a substantial amount of foreign customers. Tourists from all over the world come and visit us when they are in Amsterdam.

Great coffeeshop with excellent weed! They got a monitor at the counter which tells you the profile of each type of weed! Cozy and clean
I had a chance to visit Papillon when visiting the Albert Cuyp market. It's located on a cute little square in De Pijp area. It doesnt have a touristy feel, which I was after.
