2016 brought the 27th Boston Freedom Rally, organized by the Massachusetts Cannabis Reform Coalition (MassCann) and the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML). Held on September 17 & 18, 2016, on the historic Boston Common. As Danny Danko said this could be the last Freedom Rally under prohibition. This November Massachusetts citizens will vote on Question 4, To Tax and Regulate Marijuana, Question 4 would "legalize recreational marijuana for individuals at least 21 years old".
