The rules have changed considerably over the last couple of years with regards to growing in Holland. We would like to thank the small-minded French for this, as they enjoy blaming their own problems on the Dutch.
I suppose it’s easier than admitting that they’re just incompetent. Anyway listed below are the penalties for being caught growing here in the Netherlands.
